Service Agreement & Liability Disclaimer

By booking laundry services with Ashley’s Home Rescue, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pricing

Garment Care & Responsibility

Ashley’s Home Rescue takes reasonable care in handling, washing, drying, and folding all laundry. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal laundering processes, including but not limited to:

• Shrinkage

• Color bleeding or fading

• Fabric wear or deterioration

• Damage to delicate, embellished, or improperly labeled items

• Pre-existing stains, damage, or weakened fabric

Clients are responsible for ensuring items provided for service are suitable for standard household laundering.

Stains & Soiling

Ashley’s Home Rescue does not guarantee the removal of stains. Some stains may be permanent or may require specialty treatment outside the scope of standard laundry services.

Item Inspection

Laundry is processed based on the information provided by the client. Items are not individually inspected prior to laundering.

Clients are responsible for:

• Emptying pockets

• Removing fragile or specialty items

• Disclosing excessive soil, pet hair, bodily fluids, or odors

Ashley’s Home Rescue is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or undisclosed conditions.

Specialty & Prohibited Items
Laundry services are intended for standard household laundry only. Ashley’s Home Rescue reserves the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, unsanitary, or require specialty restoration.

Loss or Damage Limitation
In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by negligence, liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s current value or the cost of service for the affected order. Ashley’s Home Rescue is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

Client Acknowledgment
By booking laundry services, the client confirms that:

• All items are suitable for standard laundering

• All relevant conditions have been disclosed

• The client accepts the risks inherent to laundering

Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
